Legendary speed races 500km SLOVENSKÝCH were held in 1937 and 1938 on the Bratislava – Malacky – Baba – Pezinok – Bratislava circuit.
It is a race of kindergarteners from the Old Town, who have to get to the finish line as fast as possible – by driving in limited edition pedal cars.

Design Veteran Car Club has set as one of its main goals the preservation and restoration of historically and design interesting cars, motorcycles and other technical monuments.
Also in this millennium there is a growing interest in historic cars and motorbikes and that is why we would like to make them available and present them to the general public. That is why we make it our mission to organise exhibitions of these technical gems, always focusing on a particular theme.
DVCC has also set itself the goal of reviving the important automotive event 500km slovenských and taking part in organizing other major races in Slovakia and across Europe.
The DVCC also emphasizes the support of owners of historic cars and wants to enable them to enjoy sporting and social activities, to assist them in the restoration of technical cultural monuments and to commemorate famous sports car events.

Every lover of historic vehicles has surely heard of the organization FIVA. The Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens was founded on March 1, 1966 and currently has a respectable 4 million members from 75 countries around the world.
Slovakia in 2024 was given the opportunity to show competitors from all over the
world not only interesting national and technical monuments, but also nature and everything beautiful it has to offer. For the Design Veteran Car Club, which applied for the organisation of the rally in Slovakia – and succeeded in a strong competition of four other
clubs from four countries – this is an extraordinary achievement, an honour and a commitment.
500km SLOVENSKÝCH FIVA WORLD RALLY SLOVAKIA 2024
The eyes of the entire motoring world were focused on Slovakia for one week. In 2024, the 500km SLOVENSKÝCH event served as the organizer of the international FIVA World Rally. Competitors from 18 countries experienced a truly world-class presentation of Slovakia as a country of beautiful nature, warmth, and hospitality.
Over seven days, rally participants completed six stages with a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. We organized a unique loading of 80 vintage cars onto a car train, which transported drivers and co-drivers to Košice. All subsequent stages were carefully planned
to promote the best and unique things Slovakia has to offer:
Tokaj, the High Tatras, Bojnice, the night ride through Bratislava Castle, Pezinská Baba and the city circuit in the Old Town of Bratislava brought unforgettable experiences to the competitors and created a new record in public attendance.
In 2026, we will once again build on this world-class level and, with a guarantee of top-tier preparation, offer a new dimension of presenting Slovakia to both our participants and the general public.
