The legendary 500 KM SLOVENSKÝCH speed race was held in 1937 and 1938 on the circuit Bratislava – Malacky – Baba – Pezinok – Bratislava.
It is a race of kindergarteners from the Old Town, who have to get to the finish line as fast as possible – by driving in limited edition pedal cars.

Design Veteran Car Club has set as one of its main goals the preservation and restoration of historically and design interesting cars, motorcycles and other technical monuments.
Even in this millennium, there is a growing interest in historic cars and motorcycles, and that is why we would like to make them available and present them to the general public. That is why we make it our mission to organize exhibitions of these technical gems – always focusing on a particular topic.
DVCC has also set itself the task of re-establishing the top 500 Km slovenských car race and to participate in the organization of other important races in Slovakia and Europe.
The DVCC also emphasizes the support of owners of historic cars and wants to enable them to enjoy sporting and social activities, to assist them in the restoration of technical cultural monuments and to commemorate famous sports car events.

Every vintage car enthusiast has surely heard of the FIVA. The Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens was founded on 1 March 1966 and currently has an impressive 4 million members from 75 countries around the world. And all members already know that 2024 will be the year when the famous FIVA WORLD RALLYE will take place in Slovakia.
Exactly, Slovakia will get the opportunity to show competitors from all over the world the interesting national and technical monuments, as well as nature and everything beautiful what Slovakia has to offer. For the Design Veteran Car Club, which applied for the organisation of the rally in Slovakia – and succeeded in a strong competition of four other clubs from four countries – this is an extraordinary achievement, honor and a commitment.
Next year, our race will bear the exceptional name of 500 KM SLOVENSKÝCH FIVA WORLD RALLY SLOVAKIA 2024. For one week the eyes of the entire motoring world will be focused on Slovakia and the route will be lined with even more excited visitors than in previous years.
We are aware that this is a big commitment, but thanks to the experience from previous years and an increasingly high-quality organization, we have no doubt that the 500 KM SLOVENSKÝCH FIVA WORLD RALLY SLOVAKIA 2024 will go down in history as an unforgettable race in the heart of Europe.
